This particular session guides you through consciously connecting to your breath to allow yourself to feel and heal anything that may be stored in your body, it allows you to dive deeper within in order to possibly release any blockages or stored energy. It offers you a safe space to re-connect to your essence and truth. For Energy work we feel into those places that felt blocked, stagnant or repressed and we work through the energy somatically and through intuitive energy clearing. During the entirety you are guided and supported through Reiki and Energy Clearing Modalities to further help deepen your experience. The playlist offered is channeled and curated to be in direct alignment with your intentions and healing journey. The effects from the songs and music frequency will help amplify your personal immersion with the breath. This session includes a introduction, warmup, breathwork journey and integration meditation.
